It is indeed back! We have begun to work in 3Ds max again. This time, however, we are starting to figure out how to use for making assets for our games. Since its been a while since I have worked in 3Ds Max, I have become a little bit rusty so it took some time to remember all of the tools and how to use them. What came back to me almost instantly was how to edit the mesh of an object, which is not surprising because that was pretty much all I ever did in 3Ds Max. I did find it difficult to add textures when I came back though because I couldn't remember how to do it, but once I figured it out it became pretty easy. Recently I have been informed that we will be working with 3D elements for the rest of the year and, to be honest, I don't know how I really feel about that. Personally, I feel like I'm pretty good at working in 3Ds Max, but I have no idea how I will feel after the rest of the years worth of it. Maybe I will be happy with it, but at the moment I have no idea how it will turn out. Currently though, I'm pretty okay with it, no objections from me, just slight concerns about how long it will take to get things done. I guess I'll find out when I get there.

Its finally time! New year, new stuff! My new years resolution is to make myself better know, or at least to put myself and my work out there. So now it is time to add all my new work to my portfolio and give it a complete makeover. Its time to move away from the passive attitude I have had for a long time and become more confident in myself. Along with the changes I will be making, I will also be posting a blog post every week from now on. Like I have said in the past, this blog is a way for me to show my own growth, and taking responsibility for this is the first step towards a greater goal.
